Sales Policy

Goats Kids:

​

• Unborn Kids can be reserved with $100 deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the price of the kid once born. If the desired breeding doe does not have available kids, the deposit will be returned. Mystic Pine Acres has the right to retain any kids from any breeding.

• When kid is chosen, they can be held with deposit. At this time deposit becomes non-refundable. If kid is not picked up by agreed upon date, the kid will be posted for sale and deposit will not be refunded.

• All kids are tattooed and disbudded before leaving. If you do not want your kid disbudded it must be paid in full by disbudding time. If kid is not picked up by agreed upon date, no refund will be given as horned goats are more difficult to sell.

• All kids will come with ADGA and AGS applications unless otherwise noted, except wethers who are sold without papers. 

• Kids are ready to be picked up by 10 weeks. If they are not picked up within two weeks of weaning, there will be a $5 per day boarding fee. If kid is not picked up by agreed upon date, the sale of the kid will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be given. 

• Mystic Pine Acres does not guarantee health of any animal once it leaves our property. If the animal dies or become injured while in our care all payments will be refunded. Once the animal leaves our property all sales are final.

Adult Goats:

• Adult Goats can be held with $200 deposit. This is non-refundable. At the time of deposit, a pick-up time must be agreed upon. If goat is not picked up by agreed pick up date, the sale is considered forfeited, and deposit will not be refunded.

• If the agreed upon pick up date is not within two weeks of deposit being placed, there will be a $5 per day boarding fee.

• Mystic Pine Acres does not guarantee health of any animal once it leaves our property. Stress of moving can cause many issues for an animal, and it is out of our control once it leaves our property. Once the animal leaves our property all sales are final. If the animal dies or becomes injured while in our care on our property all payments will be refunded.

Pig/Piglets

 

• ​Piglets can be held for $100 deposit. They will be ready for pick up at 10 weeks old.

• For registered pigs, DNA will be done prior to leaving our property. Registration will be completed and transferred once DNA is processed and ready. Most times, this can be done prior to the piglet leaving our property but this is not a guarantee as we do not cont​rol the DNA processing lab.

• Adult pigs can be held for $100 deposit and must be picked up within two weeks of deposit being placed unless otherwise agreed upon. If they are not picked up within two weeks of deposit being placed or upon agreed upon date, the sale is considered forfeited, and no refund will be given.

• Mystic Pine Acres does not guarantee health of any animal once it leaves our property.
